My sincere thanks to all of you who backed us for the 2009 World Bog Snorkelling Triathlon and helped raise a substantial sum for Cancer Research UK.

For 2011, we chose Help for Heroes (H4H) as LandLore's adopted charity and many thanks to all who supported us on the Nearwater St Mawes Triathlon - we managed to raise more than any of the other competitors.
